We started giving away free donuts at the start of the pandemic (March 2020) to express our gratitude and show our core value of loving and serving the community. Since then, we frequently have provided free donuts for the community at a local donut shop, Dream Fluff Donuts in Berkeley.
It has become a community favorite— a seemingly small gesture has grown into an enormous chance to connect with our community, build relationships, and spread some joy!

Playground Pals is one of our outreach programs at City Center Church. Playground Pals aims to provide our time and support on elementary and middle school playgrounds in the Berkeley community. This opportunity allows us to uplift and support kids by engaging in games and activities with them during their recess and lunches. Through the generosity of time, we can impact the culture of the playground.
It is through our consistency that we have established genuine relationships with the students, teachers, and staff and can impact our community.
